Upon arriving to my first visit at Webster Service dept, I was confused and frustrated by the lack of appropriate signage during the construction. The one sign I saw, I had to get out of my car to read it. Not a great first impression! Since you are in a temporary building, when making an appointment you really should let the Customer know that. Also, there was a young woman who was working at the service desk in the new building who was absolutely wonderful. I wish I knew her name.
