I do not believe they were upfront and honest with me. There is an electrical system problems which one member of service department said was caused by corrosion in the headliner. He later denied this. I know they sold me a car with an electrical system problem and I think it has a corrosion/rust problem under the headliner and possibly other places.
Helpful and I was kept very informed during the repair process and during pick up of my vehicle

Tony took a lot of time showing us the many amazing features of our new car, answered any questions, and was a good communicator. He went the extra mile finding me the car I really wanted. Dan was great to work with on financing; friendly, knowledgeable and helpful completing our purchase.
The dealership did everything possible to take care of me during a period of extreme frustration. The ICCU shortage while frustrating is NOT the dealerships fault.

They consistently take care of my car, go above and beyond educating me on why they are recommending certain services, and most recently, squeezed a late afternoon inspection in for me when they did not have to. They do not recommend outrageous unnecessary services, and have always guaranteed their work. As someone who is very particular about my car and who works on it, I can’t recommend these guys enough. Our salesman Nick who we bought the car from was wonderful. He never made me feel anxious or pressured. A big reason I chose the dealership was because of him. His manager seemed a little pushy which is why I took a star off for the dealership but Nick would have gotten a 5/5
