BDC Representative
Responsibilities:
Reach out to follow up with prospective customers
Work with customers in a professional, well spoken manner
Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
Handle all incoming online email leads
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well spoken manner
Connect new customers with appropriate sales team member
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
Proactively build out prospecting network
Log all activities in CRM
Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Time management, prioritizing and multitasking skills
Team player
Fast learner with the willingness to continue personal & professional growth
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
Service Technician
Responsibilities:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years experience as an auto technician
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair & maintenance
Fast eager learner and team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Computer skills and the willingness to learn new problem solving skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
