We were greeted as soon as we arrived and started the Q & A process of what we were looking for and answered our questions about leasing versus buying a car. We are pleased with our decision. Dan was very helpful in explaining the paperwork. It has been a number of years since we purchased a car, what a difference! Although, it seems to take just as long and they still don't have our email address spelled correctly. The music playing was a bit loud and distracting, but all in all a nice experience.
They helped us address the issue with our 2014 Santa Fe in a timely and satisfactory manner. They didn’t xx us or mislead us in anyway but delivered what we felt was a gentleman/professional manner.
