It was an overall great experience. All of my questions were answered and all of the different payment options were explained. The services provided while waiting were also good.
The body work done to the car was fine, the outside was washed and moderately detailed, but the inside was filthy, grease prints on the roof of the Jeep and above the doors, visors A pillars, dashboard and general front console area. There was a stripped rusty bolt on the passenger seat, not sure if that is from my vehicle or not.
