I just introduced myself to the service department and made an appointment for Thursday, in which must be cancelled; my appointment with New York DMV is Friday which conflicts because I was told that I need to meet with the DMV prior to the inspection.
It was good. Quick service. Just they didnt place the state inspection sticker on windshield. I had to mention it to them after car was given to me as service completed.
They are always so polite and willing to help as soon as possible. I love that every time I come in for service AJ, the one who sold me my car, always comes to see me and ask if I need anything.

Tyler put me in a loaner car for the week while my car was being serviced. He told me he would get it detailed since I have not been able to get in, but it is on my warranty for free details however he forgot to have it done so when I got there on Friday, he stayed two hours extra to vacuum and wipe it out for me. We didn't leave until 7 PM he went way over expectations to do this for me
I showed up for my recall appointment on time. The service staff got it started and pointed me toward the waiting area. There, the seats were comfortable, a couple TVs had different shows on them, and there was free coffee, tea, and bottled water. Within an hour, the service rep called me and handed over my car keys.

Extremely thorough review of any factors that were possible causes of water in car interior. Once true source of water established, the corrections were made in collaboration with techline, which included replacement of carpet and the foam pads under the carpet.
Once I was greeted, the visit was good. But the next day I received 2 texts requesting an appointment for a recall when I had just been in for a recall. I'm hoping all is good, and that the car is up to date!??
Wasn't planning on trading vehicles until January but things worked out that my interest rate is just a little higher and my payment just $55. more a month for an SUV 6 years newer and mileage approximately 66,000 less. Still waiting on the second faab that wasn't available on day of purchase but AJ promised me he would get it to me.

I had my car painted for the trunk. They did my car before for the front of the car. I got my car back from the dealership has started squeaking when I turned the wheel and the engine light was on and this was just for a trunk paint.
My suv had a shattered moon roof panel. It spontaneously shattered while I was driving. It was VERY scary. Had the cloth interior not been closed, I would have been covered in glass shards! It was an overall great experience. All of my questions were answered and all of the different payment options were explained. The services provided while waiting were also good.
The body work done to the car was fine, the outside was washed and moderately detailed, but the inside was filthy, grease prints on the roof of the Jeep and above the doors, visors A pillars, dashboard and general front console area. There was a stripped rusty bolt on the passenger seat, not sure if that is from my vehicle or not.
