I was there for a routine oil change and after being there for an hour I went and asked how much longer it would be. They said it was done and forgot to tell me, so I got in my car and it still said I needed an oil change, so I asked them if it had actually been done and turns out no one had worked on it. So I ended up sitting there for over 2 hours. Worst experience ever.

Car was barely drivable when I brought it in. Suspected fuel injection problem. Provided a loaner and contacted me about four hours later. Was indeed a faulty injector. Replaced all four under warranty Had my car back shortly thereafter running great. The whole process was handled quickly and I was kept completely in the loop. I've had other repairs completed by Vision Hyundai of Webster and I am very impressed by their professionalism, friendly and concerned attitude, and timely service. They make what could be a bad situation into a pleasant surprise.
I like the way the service guys writes up my order of what I need done and the time it takes and lets me know when it's ready and brings the card to me. They are very respectable and I appreciate them guys very much

Scheduled maintenance for a software update on my venue. When I got there, the service tech indicated they didnt have that on my appointment. And then he said they wouldn't have been able to help me anyway because the IT department locks down downloads. Its frustration to go to an appointment for a specific reason, just the be told it isn't even possible to help. I blame that it seems like you use AI to schedule appointments.
It was sort of a difficult scenario with the insurance company. However, Tony kept me updated constantly, and I always knew they were on top of things at Vision because of him.

I purchased a brand new Outlander and it keeps breaking down on me. I had the vehicle for less than 2 months and it's been serviced 4x. Each time taking a week or longer. I picked it up last night and it's back in the service dept. now. Less than 24hours. I have almost been in 3 accidents due to my new vehicle not running properly.

My personal experience with the service dept was very good. However, my phone/website experiences in setting up my service appointment (and later, attempting to confirm my appointment were unsatisfactory encounters with AI that provided me with no recourse to speak directly to a human being
Had brake work done and tires rotated. Tyler worked our car into the service shop schedule quickly and work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Tyler put me in a loaner car for the week while my car was being serviced. He told me he would get it detailed since I have not been able to get in, but it is on my warranty for free details however he forgot to have it done so when I got there on Friday, he stayed two hours extra to vacuum and wipe it out for me. We didn't leave until 7 PM he went way over expectations to do this for me
I showed up for my recall appointment on time. The service staff got it started and pointed me toward the waiting area. There, the seats were comfortable, a couple TVs had different shows on them, and there was free coffee, tea, and bottled water. Within an hour, the service rep called me and handed over my car keys.

Extremely thorough review of any factors that were possible causes of water in car interior. Once true source of water established, the corrections were made in collaboration with techline, which included replacement of carpet and the foam pads under the carpet.

Wasn't planning on trading vehicles until January but things worked out that my interest rate is just a little higher and my payment just $55. more a month for an SUV 6 years newer and mileage approximately 66,000 less. Still waiting on the second faab that wasn't available on day of purchase but AJ promised me he would get it to me.

I had my car painted for the trunk. They did my car before for the front of the car. I got my car back from the dealership has started squeaking when I turned the wheel and the engine light was on and this was just for a trunk paint.
My suv had a shattered moon roof panel. It spontaneously shattered while I was driving. It was VERY scary. Had the cloth interior not been closed, I would have been covered in glass shards!
