According to a new trademark filing, there may be an all-new Hyundai EV pickup truck on the way. The pickup truck listed in the trademark is titled the Ioniq T10 and appears to be a new EV crossover. As of the discovery, Hyundai has yet to release any information about the new truck. Given the South Korean automaker’s current focus on EVs, however, it’s likely it will be a new addition to the lineup. Hyundai recently unveiled a high-performance version of the Ioniq 5 called the Ioniq 5N. The automaker has also been working on new technology to improve its EVs like its Active Air Skirt system. With EVs being a main focus for many automakers, the likelihood of a new EV truck is high. For now, we’ll take a closer look at the trademarking filing and see what consumers can expect.

New Potential EV Truck Called Hyundai T10 Revealed

A new trademark filing suggests that Hyundai is possibly developing a new electric pickup truck named the Hyundai T10. Hyundai hasn’t officially acknowledged this potential addition to their lineup, but given their focus on EVs, it’s plausible that it will emerge as a new EV pickup truck. Looking at the trademark details, it encompasses automobiles, electric cars, trucks, and SUVs. Recently, Hyundai introduced the Ioniq 5N, a higher-performance variant of the Ioniq 5. This new variant demonstrates the automaker’s commitment to EVs. Hyundai has also unveiled innovative EV technologies such as the Active Air Skirt system. Considering the overall industry’s emphasis on EVs, the emergence of a new electric pickup truck aligns with market trends.

In addition to advancements in EV technology, Hyundai recently revealed the IMA platform, a new EV platform designed to cover a wide range of vehicle classes. As stated by Hyundai’s CEO Jaehoon Chang, the IMA platform will host small and large SUVs and pickup trucks. Based upon Chang’s remarks, the Ioniq T10 could potentially be Hyundai’s latest EV offering. Another trademark filing for the Ioniq T7 hints at the possibility of an additional EV truck. While awaiting official confirmation, Hyundai continues to solidify its position in the EV market. With the ongoing development of infrastructure and charging networks worldwide, Hyundai aims to provide a comprehensive and adaptable EV lineup. For now, we’ll be staying tuned for more information.
