I was shown the customer waiting area and encouraged to have a cup of coffee and enjoy the complementary newspaper and TV. Upon completion of service I was informed that my tires would not pass inspection in a couple of months and was given an estimate for their replacement. I also had a nice chat with the salesman who sold me my car 3 years ago and that was enjoyable as well.
